Complaints Policy

The Generator 888 d.o.o. company guarantees the quality of product manufacturing as well as the stability of the device’s operation. If you are not satisfied with the work or for some other reason you do not want to continue using the device, send us an email to orders@luchat8.com or to the phone number +381 69 369 3669. The deadline for complaints is 30 days from the date indicated on the invoice. You can return the device to the address Tetovska 62, 11000, Belgrade. Acceptance of the complained goods is if you bring: an undamaged and functional device, an invoice and a completed complaint card that you receive in the device box. If you meet the conditions of the complaint, your money will be refunded within 7 days.

Refunds/Complaints

In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Generator 888 d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

 

Warranty

Generator 888 d.o.o. guarantees the correct operation of the product.

 

The warranty is valid with the original invoice and the warranty covers defects that occurred during the warranty period. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, i.e. from the date stated on the invoice, or from the day the goods are delivered to the customer if sent by courier. The warranty for electronic defects is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Mechanical defects are not covered by the warranty.

 

The guarantor, during the warranty period, at its own expense, ensures the elimination of defects and product deficiencies resulting from discrepancies between the actual and the prescribed or declared product quality characteristics.

 

The buyer loses the right to the warranty, i.e. the right to a complaint and free servicing in the event of:

  • inadequate handling of the product
  • use of excessive force
  • incorrect use of the product that is not in accordance with the operating instructions
  • use of the product for purposes for which the product is not intended
  • if the defect is caused by failure to comply with the operating instructions
  • if any repairs or attempts to repair the product have been made by unauthorized persons

 

If your fault falls under one of the above items, the service price is 30EUR.

With each service performed, battery replacement is mandatory, which is also charged 30EUR.

Repairs covered by the warranty are performed at an authorized service center of Generator 888 d.o.o.
