Nutricionist

Born in the fertile plain of Vojvodina, I currently live in desert Kuwait. I am middle-aged and expect to experience a deep old age, 105 minimum.

I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and someone who can listen and hear.

As a child, I dreamed of attractive professions, but this one found me on its own and made me happy.

I like to read, study, and put almost impossible ideas into action.

At the urging of a friend, I started writing texts related to diet and healthy living habits. I have written a lot about children’s nutrition.

One question of worried parents was always repeated: “How to make children eat vegetables and fruits?”. The answer remained the same: “Be a good example and show the child that you also eat vegetables and fruits!”.

With my writing, I want to bring readers closer to the right lifestyle and diet in the simplest possible way.

I like to eat everything from apples and carrots to ham and bacon. I enjoy food, I have moderation and I wish both of them to my readers from the bottom of my heart.

I try not to impose rigid attitudes, but to suggest, advise, and entertain.

I sincerely believe that everyone can, without much effort and sacrifice, change bad habits and make small and positive changes, which ultimately lead to a great increase in quality and length of life. In addition to listening to the good advice of experts, each of us should listen to our bodies and follow their signs with intuition.
